Working Families Australia Party was born from frustration.

From the sense that we the people of Australia are no longer represented by the major political parties on any but corporate levels. Our core belief is that the nation belongs to all of its people, and the Australians must not only be heard but fiercely represented. Our current political culture is no longer in touch with struggling families, no longer listens and no longer puts its own people first.

We believe that in offering a viable political alternative, we can not only generate better policies, but can also strengthen our democracy and bring working people back into the political equation once again.
